Section 12, Civil Aviation Act, 2017 for an effective aviation safety and security

The Chairman and the other members of the Board and anyperson co-opted by the Board under subsection (8) of section 6 shall be paid such remuneration; fees and allowances approved by the Minister and shall be reimbursed by the Authority for expenses incurred in connection with the discharge of their functions as the Board may, with the approval of the Minister, determine.
