Section 126: The Attorney-General or the Director of Public

Prosecutions at the request of the Director-General, may institute all
necessary proceedings for the enforcement of this Act, or any term,
condition or limitation of any permit, certificate or licence issued
under this Act and for the punishment of any contravention defined
in this Act.
