Section 90, Civil Aviation Act, 2017 for an effective aviation safety and security

(1) A person shall not perform aerial work on a flight forhire or reward unless the person holds a permit issued under this Act. (2) Any person who performs aerial work on a flight without a permit commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding 25,000 United States Dollars or equivalent in Leones or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
