(1) The Bank shall exchange on demand and withoutcharge currency issued under this Act of any denomination.
(2) In the event of a temporary unavailability of a
requested denomination, the Bank may discharge this obligation by
delivering notes and coins of available denominations which shall
nearly approximate that requested.
