Section 65, THE BANK OF SIERRA LEONE ACT 2019

(1) The Bank shall issue orders, directives or guidelinesto bodies institutions or organisation under the regulatory authority of the Bank and the bodies , institutions or organisations shall comply with them. (2) Orders, directives or guidelines issued by the Bank under subsection (1), shall be published in the Gazette and shall take effect on the day of publication. (3) The Bank shall maintain records of any orders, directives or guidelines issued.
