Section 105, The Banking Act, 2019

Where a receiver has sufficient reason to believe that anyshareholder, director, key management personnel, attorney, accountant or other professional is engaged or engaging in a criminal or fraudulent activity in relation to the business of a bank in receivership that receiver shall- (a) notify the Central Bank immediately; and (b) institute a civil action to claim damages and restitution.
