(1) A pecuniary penalty not specifically designated asfine incurred and imposed under this Act shall be deemed to be a debt owed to the Central Bank. (2) A pecuniary penalty referred to in subsection (1) which has not been paid to the Central Bank may be sued for and recovered in a court by the Central Bank. (3) In any suit under this section, production of a certificate signed by the Governor giving the name and address of the defendant and the amount of the pecuniary penalty due shall be sufficient evidence of the amount owed by the defendant. 126 127
