(1) Where an examination has been conducted by the Central Bank under section 55, the Central Bank shall furnish a copy of its report to the bank or financial holding company and give the bank or financial holding company an opportunity to submit its comments on the report and to take any remedial action as the Central Bank may specify. (2) A bank or financial holding company shall not disclose an investigation report under subsection (1) or any portion of it to an unauthorised person, including anyone not officially connected with the bank as an officer, director, employee, attorney, auditor, independent auditor or parent holding company, without the written consent of the Central Bank. 72 73 Power of Investigation and examination.
