Section 76, The Banking Act, 2019

(1) The official administrator shall act in accordance withinstructions and guidance given by the Central Bank at any time in the course of an official administration and shall be accountable only to the Central Bank for the performance of duties and the exercise of powers as official administrator. (2) An official administrator may delegate any of his powers or duties to other persons, in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Bank.
