Section 2, The National Electoral Commission Act, 2002

(1) There is hereby established the Electoral Commission consisting of the Chairman and four other membersreferred to in subsection (2) of section 32 of the Constitution.
(2) The Chairman or a member of the Commission may resign his office by written notice addressed to the President.
