Section 30, Intelligence Act, 2002

(1) On the conclusion of the hearing of a complaint, the Tribunal shall notify the Minister or, as the case may be, the Director-General and the complainant of its decision. (2) Where the Tribunal decides that compensation in the form of money shall be paid to the complainant, the Tribunal shall direct that the money be paid from public funds.
