Section 33, Intelligence Act, 2002

(1) There shall be kept by each of the bodies referred to in section 31 books of account of the monies paid to them under that section and proper records in relation to such monies in a form approved by the Auditor-General.
(2) The books of account shall be audited by the Auditor-General after each financial year.
