Section 7, Intelligence Act, 2002

(1) A PROSEC shall consist of — (a) the Resident Minister, as Chairman; (b) the Provincial Secretary as Deputy Chairman; 6 No. 10 National Security and Central Intelligence Act 2002 (c) the Deputy Provincial Secretary; (d) the local military commander as designated by the appropriate authority; (e) the Regional Police Commander; (f) the Senior District Officer; (g) two other members nominated by the Chairman of PROSEC after consultation with the other PROSEC members; (h) the Provincial Security Co-ordinator, ONS, who shall be Secretary.
