Section 21, The National Revenue Authority Act, 2002

(1) There shall be a Secretary to the Board who shall be appointed by the Board, subject to such terms and conditions as the Board may determine. [Margin: Secretary to Board.] (2) The Secretary shall be responsible for— (a) the administration of the day- to- day affairs of the Board under the general supervision of the Commissioner-General; (b) arranging the business of the Board, including meetings and the records of such meetings; and (c) performing such other duties as the Board may direct.
