Section 16, The National Commission for Privatisation Act, 2002

(1) The Commission shall have an Executive Secretary appointed by the Commission upon such terms and conditions as the Commission shall determine.
(2) The Executive Secretary shall be a person with high integrity and with vast knowledge and experience in divestiture arrangements and related fields.
