(1) The post-divestiture evaluation referred to in subsection (1) of section 25, shall be conducted in the form of periodic reports by the Commission on the performance of divested public enterprises. (2) The periodic reports referred to in subsection (1) shall cover such factors as the following:— (a) jobs created; (b) investment in new facilities; (c) sales volume, particularly, export sales; and (d) the impact of government policies and practices on the performance of the divested public enterprises.
