Section 11, The Pharmacy and Drugs Act, 2001

(1) When a person's name is entered in the Register of Pharmacists that person shall thereupon be regarded as a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Sierra Leone.
(2) If a pharmacist ceases to be a member of the Pharmaceutical Society, the Society shall notify the Board which shall order the certificate of registration of the pharmacist to be cancelled.
