Section 29, The Pharmacy and Drugs Act, 2001

(1) The Minister, acting on the advice of the Board, may make regulations further restricting the person who may supply narcotics, and otherwise controlling the supply of such drugs.
(2) No person shall supply any opium or Indian hemp of any species or description whatsoever.
