Section 32, The Pharmacy and Drugs Act, 2001

(1) No person shall knowingly supply any drugs which is unfit for its purpose by reason of deterioration, impurity, adulteration or other defects. (2) No person shall supply any drug unless it meets the standards stipulated in the authorized pharmacopoeia and approved by a quality control laboratory appointed by the Board.
