Section 9, The Pharmacy and Drugs Act, 2001

(1) The Minister shall, on the advice of the Board:— (a) prescribe courses of instruction and practical training for pharmacy students; and (b) provide for the examination in pharmacy practice of qualified pharmacists from recognized institutions who have completed internship training in Sierra Leone and who have paid the prescribed fee.
