Section 17, The Statistics Act, 2002

(1) The Council shall, within three months after the end of the financial year submit to the Minister a report on the functions, policy and programmes of Statistics Sierra Leone during that year. (2) The report of Statistics Sierra Leone referred to in subsection (1), shall include a copy of the audited accounts of Statistics Sierra Leone together with the Auditor-General's report on it. (3) The Minister shall table before Parliament within six months after the end of each financial year the report on the activities and operations of Statistics Sierra Leone during the preceeding year.
