Section 7, The Protection From Radiation Act, 2001

(1) Subject to this Act, the Registrar shall be responsible to the Board for— [Margin: Functions of Registrar.] 18 No. 14 The Protection From Radiation Act 2001 (a) the day-to-day administration of the Board; (b) the recording of the minutes of meetings of the Board; (c) the supervision of the discipline and work of the other employees; and (d) the performance of such other duties as the Board may determine.
