(1) The source of funds of a political party shall be limitedto contributions or donations, whether in cash or in kind, of persons
who are entitled to be registered as voters in Sierra Leone.
(2) Regulations made by the Commission may provide
for limits on the amount of contribution or donation to a political
party and the disclosure of information that may limit the influence of
money in the political process.
