Section 17, The Business Registration Act, 1983

(1) The following enactments are hereby repealed (a) the Business Registration Act, 1972 (Act No. 17 of 1972). (b)the Business Registration (Amendment) Act, 1973 (Act No. 18 of 1973), and (c) the Business Registration (Amendment) Act, 1976(Act No. 28 of 1976). (2) Notwithstanding the repeals affected by subsection ()of this section, and without prejudice to the provisions of sec ns 18 and 19 of the Interpretation Act, 1971 (Act No. 8 of 1971),- tences by bodies of persons.
