(LS) No. 4 Sierra Leone 1983 The Freetown Municipality Officers' Superannuation (Amendment) Act, 1983 [Margin: Short title.] [14th July, 1983] [Margin: Date of commencement.] BE IT ENACTED by the President and Members of Parliament in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:—

Subsection (3) of section 18 of the Freetown Municipality Officers Superannuation Act is hereby amended by the substitution for the table of rates at the end thereof of the following new table— [Margin: Amendment of section 18 of Cap. 71.] 10 No. 4 Freetown Municipality (Amendment) 1983 [Margin: Rates of calculation of gratuity expressed as a fraction of a year's salary.] "Months of continuous service 60 months ... ... ... 60/180 61 months ... ... ... 61/180" and so with an increase of 1/180th of a year's salary for each month served up to a maximum of 360/180 i.e. two years salary for thirty years service.
