(1) Notwithstanding Order 16 of the High Court Rules, 2007 an application for summary judgment shall not be made before the Alternative Dispute Resolution pre-trial settlement. 10 11 Renewal of originating processes. Registrar's motion. Substituted service. Pleadings. Summary Judgment. (2) Where an application for summary judgment is refused by the Judge, the Judge shall make directions as he deems fit.
