Section 25, The Commercial and Admiralty Court Rules, 2020

Where a third party is liable to satisfy all or part of ajudgment in a suit or to indemnify or reimburse a party for money paid in satisfaction of all or part of a judgment in a suit, the third party or his solicitor, may attend the pre-trial settlement unless the Court otherwise directs.
