Section 31, The Commercial and Admiralty Court Rules, 2020

A pre-trial settlement shall come to an endwhen - (a) the parties execute a settlement agreement which is adopted as a judgement of the Court; (b) the pre-trial Judge dismisses a pre-trial settlement hearing under Rules 26 and 27 for non-compliance by any of the parties; (c) the pre-trial Judge after consultation with the parties, declares that further pre-trial is not worthwhile; (d) the 14 days period from the date of the first session expires or when the 21 days period expires in the case of an extension.
