(1) A person shall not make any electronic recording of anyunauthorised hearing unless he obtains an approval from the Court.

(2) A person who contravenes this rule shall be guilty of
contempt of court and shall be required to pay a fine not less than
10 million Leones or shall be imprisoned for a term not exceeding 3
months or both.
