Section 3, The Education Short title

The functions of the department shall be the performanceof all work necessary or incidental to the control of education by the Minister and the exercise of any powers or the carrying out Functions of the department. Powers of Governor in Council. of any duties that may be specifically conferred on it by this Ordinance or by any rule made thereunder.
