Section 41, The Education Short title

(1) Any committee established under section 40 shallhave power to appoint a sub-committee consisting of an equal number of members representing employers and of members representing teachers, to determine in accordance with the conditions of service approved from time to time, any appeal submitted by a teacher who may be aggrieved by the manner in which such terms and conditions of service, including salary, have been applied to him. (2) The Minister shall, by Order published in the Gazette, appoint a person who shall neither be an employer, nor a representative of any employer or group of employers, nor a teacher, nor a representative of any group of teachers, to be Chairman of any sub-committee appointed under the provisions of sub-section (1). (3) The procedure for submitting any such appeal shall be as prescribed by any sub-committee appointed under the provisions of sub-section (1) by regulations published in the Gazette. pART IX.-FEES.
