Section 48, The Education Short title

(1) Any child attending a Government school or assistedschool and undergoing a course of training in any trade or vocation may be bound by a Form of Apprenticeship, to be prescribed by the Governor in Council by rules made under section 49, to complete such course of training unless released therefrom with the authority of the Director.
