Section 51: The Education Ordinance, 1938, is hereby repealed:

Provided that any Rules made under that Ordinance and
under the Education Ordinance, 1929, which are in force
immediately prior to the date of the commencement of this
Ordinance, shall continue in force until they are revoked by
Rules made under this Ordinance.
