For a cart, truck, wagon or other such Yearly vehicle, not being a motor vehicle, as is Half-yearly constructed or adapted for use and is used Quarterly primarily for the conveyance of any goods in the course of trade or husbandry or for profit or reward, if the same shall have four or more wheels. 2. For any vehicle listed in the foregoing Yearly item, not being an omolanke nor a vehicle Half-yearly used exclusively on Government Wharf Quarterly or the Queen Elizabeth II Quay, if the same shall have less than four wheels. 3.
