Section 20, The Freetown Improvement Short title

Any person neglecting to give notice for seven days afterthe commencement or completion of any building, or of any repair, addition or alteration t~ereto,. shall be deemed to have committed an offence under this Ordmance, and shall for such offence be liable, upon summary conviction, to a penalty not exceeding one hundred pounds.
