Section 23, The Freetown Improvement Short title

If the person so engaged shall not forthwith amend thesame in the manner necessary to make such work conform to
this Ordinance, he shall be deemed to have committed an
offence punishable, upon summary conviction, by a penalty not
exceeding one hundred pounds, and not exceeding ten pounds
for every day that he shall so make default.
