Status not yet checkedThe Rural Area (2) This Ordinance shall come into operation on the first day of January, 1950, or, Sierra Leone
Ordinance, it shall be lawful for the Governor in Council after
consultation with the Rural Area Council by Order-
(a) to revoke, amend, vary, or add to any of the provisions
or forms in the schedules (other than those occurring in
Part IV of the Second Schedule) and to substitute other
provisions and forms therefor; and
(b) to define, alter or vary the limits of boundaries of any
village group, village area or rural district.
