Section 50, The Rural Area (2) This Ordinance shall come into operation on the first day of January, 1950, or

(l) The Rural Area Council may from time to timeappoint a Treasurer, a Rural Area Bailiff, bailiffs and such other officers as it may deem necessary and may at any time in its discretion terminate such appointments, subject to the terms of any contract of employment. (2) A rural district council or a village committee with the approval of the Rural Area Council may from time to time appoint such officers as it may deem necessary and may with the like approval at any time in its discretion terminate such appointments subject to the terms of any contract of employment.
