(1) The Rural Area Bailiff, whilst in the performanceor execution of the duties of his office, shall have the like powers,
privileges and immunities as the Sheriff of the Colony.
(2) Every bailiff duly appointed may serve or execute any
process which by this Ordinance or any other Ordinance is
directed to be served or executed by the Rural Area Bailiff.
