The revenues of the Rural Area Council shall be applicableto- (a) the remuneration of officers and employees of the Rural Area Council and the expenses incurred in respect of procuring, furnishing, equipping and maintaining suitable offices for the Rural Area Council and its officers; (b) expenses incurred in connection with the travelling of the President or any other member thereof when acting as representative of the Rural Area Council; (c) all expenses properly incurred by the Rural Area Council in carrying this Ordinance into effect; (d) all other payments legally due and owing by the Rural Area Council.
