Section 41, The Concessions Ordinance

Every person who obtains or attempts to obtain anyconcession without complying with the rules laid down in Schedule C shall be guilty of an offence, and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred pounds, or to imprisonment, with or without hard labour, for a period not exceeding six months; and any concession so obtained by him shall be absolutely void, and of no effect.
