Section 48, The Concessions Ordinance

Any Court or registration fees, and any costs under Fees andsection 24, and any expenses incurred under this Ordinance by ~;~:::::ble anY: officer of the Court payable by any person claiming to be by action. :nt1tled to the benefit of a concession shall, without prejudice 0 any other means of recovery, be recoverable by action. Certificate of Registrar prima facie evidence of fees, etc. Offences. Recovery of penalties. Recovery or' penalties. A certificate signed by the Registrar of the Court that such fees, expenses or costs are payable by such person shall prima facie evidence of their being due.
