Section 5, The Concessions Ordinance

No Tribal Authority or other native shall have power toalienate land for the purpose of cultivation except under the provisions of this Ordinance or under the provisions of the Protectorate Land Ordinance; and no grant or other disposition of land for the purpose of cultivation, except such as is made under the provisions of the Ordinance last ·aforesaid, shall be made by any Tribal Authority or other native without the assent of the Governor.
