Section 9, The Concessions Ordinance

It shall not be lawful for any Tribal Authority or othernative to enter into or execute any agreement, deed, lease or conveyance, whereby any land of a greater extent than :fifty acres shall be sought to be alienated from such Tribal Authority· or other native to any person or persons, other than to the Colonial Government for a public purpose, for any longer term than ninety-nine years.
