The said Principal Secretary of State shall be invested withall such power and authority relative to the possession, disposal,
and maintenance of the said piece or portion of land, together
with the messuages, tenements, and hereditaments hereinbefore
described as have been delegated to him by an Act of the
Imperial Parliament passed in the nineteenth year of the reign
of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled "An Act for
transferring to one of Her Majesty's Principal Secretaries of
State the Powers and Estates vested in the Principal Officers
of the Ordnance."
