Section 30, The Proprietary Railways Ordinance

(1) The owner of a railway shall post up in a conspicuousposition at each station on the line, a copy of all bye-laws and ------------f every alteration, suspension or repeal ofbye-laws, approved by ~he Governor in Council under section 25 hereof, and a notice specifying every rate for ~he time being charged by him for the carriage of passengers, ammals, produce and goods. (2) Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this section shall for each offence, and, in the case of a continuing offence, for every day during which the offence continues, be liable, on summary conviction before a Magistrate, to a penalty not exceeding five pounds.
