Section 34, The Proprietary Railways Ordinance

(1) Explosives and other dangerous goods shall only becarried on such conditions, and subject to such rules, as to packing, conveyance and otherwise as may, for the time being, be in force with reference to explosives and other dangerous goods conveyed by the Sierra Leone Railway. (2) Any person contravening the provisions of this section shall, for every offence, be liable, on summary conviction before a Magistrate, to a penalty not exceeding one hundred pounds.
