Section 10, The Medical Practitioners, Dentists and Druggists Ordinance

No certificate or other document required by law to besigned by a duly qualified medical practitioner, given after the
commencement of this Ordinance, shall be valid unless signed
by a person registered as a medical practitioner under this
Ordinance.
