Section 16, The Medical Practitioners, Dentists and Druggists Ordinance

The Registrar shall from time to time insert in the register ~teraJionsany alteration which may come to his knowledge in the name :~:!e or address of any registered medical practitioner or dentist, ~f nam;s and shall erase from the register the names of all such registered r~~:t!r. medical practitioners or dentists as are ordered by the Governor in Council to be struck out or removed: Provided that any names so struck out or removed may at any time be restored to the register without fee by direction of the Governor in Council. Falsely pretending to be medical practitioner or dentist. Native systems of therapeutics allowed. List of poisons. Registration and licensing of druggists.
