Section 40, The Medical Practitioners, Dentists and Druggists Ordinance

It shall be lawful for the Governor in Council from time Rules.to time to make rules for the more effectual carrying out of the
provisions of this Ordinance, and to annex to a breach of any
rule a penalty, on summary conviction, not exceeding fifty
pounds.
